RETURNS
Color Variations: The color of your item may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings. These minor variations are not considered valid reasons for a claim.
Sizing Concerns: If your shoes don't fit as expected, it may be due to natural differences in foot shape. Our size charts are based on precise mold measurements for each size and model. If you believe you received the wrong size, please contact us, and we'll guide you through verifying the size.
Leather Characteristics: Genuine leather is unique, with natural markings that make each piece one of a kind- just like fingerprints. Your shoes may feature small healed scratches, wrinkles, barbed wire marks, or insect bites, all of which reflect the authenticity of top-grain leather. Variations in texture, grain pattern, and color are normal, as leather varies across different parts of the hide.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance items (prices ending in .95)
- Grab Bags
- Hair accessories
- Warehouse Sale items
- International sales (excluding Canada)
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unaltered
- Include original tags and packaging
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair, or damage
- Returned within 30 days of delivery (not accepted after 30 days)
- Applies to orders shipped within the USA or Canada
Exchanges
We've got your shipping covered! When you opt into our partnered vendor Redo (details below), we'll take care of the shipping costs for your new pair.
Once we receive your exchanged items at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

ReDo App
Opting into ReDo at checkout includes a return shipping label with your order, making it easy to exchange items, receive a refund (excluding the original shipping cost), or get store credit-all at no extra charge.
If you choose not to opt-in, you can still return your items, but you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns must follow our Return Policy guidelines.
Please note that free returns via the ReDo App do not apply to clearance items.
Clearance
All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or store credit.
If your order contains only clearance items, please be sure to uncheck the ReDo opt-in option at checkout.
Other Info
Our returns team carefully reviews all incoming items to ensure they meet our return requirements. If an item doesn't qualify, it will not be accepted, and we'll notify you via email. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued, and no exceptions can be made. You'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
Please note, we are a small Mom run shop so we do not offer phone support.
All international sales are final (excluding Canada).

- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the correct delivery address is entered upon placing the order.
- All International Orders are final sale.

Please note the fulfillment center is instructed to only swap out like for like item (not a different shoe, size or color). Also note that item defects are considered to be visible upon arrival (not after 2 months of use or family pet using for a chew toy). Please follow the returns instructions page.
