If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as your items meet these conditions:
- Unworn and unaltered
- Include original tags and packaging
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair, or damage
- Returned within 30 days of delivery (not accepted after 30 days)
- Applies to orders shipped within the U.S. or Canada

- We’ve got your shipping covered! When you opt into our partnered vendor ReDo (details below), we’ll take care of the return shipping for your new pair.
- Once your exchange is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
